What you’ll need
1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup grated/desiccated coconut
1/2 cup pumpkin seed
1/2 flax meal
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup agave syrup or honey
6 finely chopped dates
1 egg
3 tbsp coconut oil
Pre heat the oven to 180°C.
Blend all nuts in a food processor leaving some chunky nut pieces
Mix all ingredients together until fully combined
Roll in some extra sesame seeds or coconut
Squeeze into balls as big or small as you like
Roll in some extra sesame seeds or coconut
Place on a tray lined with baking paper and put in the oven for 10 minutes until browned
