Super Green
Kale is a nutritional powerhouse. It’s low in calories, but high in antioxidants and calcium.
Handful of kale, 5 celery stalks, 2 small (gala) apples, 1 lemon


Sport Green
Touted as nature’s sports drink. Nitrate-packed beetroot is said to enhance your performance in the gym.
1 whole beet including greens, 2 cucumbers, a thumbnail of ginger


Detox Green
Parsley is packed with antioxidants and helps fight free radicals.
3 carrots, 1 cup of kale, 1 cucumber, 1 apple, ½ bunch of parsley


Power Green
Spinach is an excellent source of iron and helps boost your energy levels.
1 lb spinach, 1 large bunch of parsley, 1 pear, 1 inch piece of fresh ginger


Recovery Green
Looking for a post-workout drink, then pour this into your glass. Celery is high in potassium, organic sodium and helps replace the electrolytes you lost during your workout
1 pear, 1 cucumber, 4 stalks celery, handful of mint, 4 calamansi limes
